We are trying our hardest to provide the best possible service during these difficult times and we will continue to do so as long as it is safe.

We are following the CDC, as well as our local and state, guidelines for safe health practices. We have reduced our operating hours, and to effectively keep within social distanceing guidelines have greatly reduced the amount of staff in the warehouse at any given time.

We have taken extra measures to make sure all work stations remain sanitized. Each workstation has ample disinfectants and all employees clean workstations throughout the day. In addition, weekly cleaning has been moved to daily and monthly cleaning is now done weekly.

Only carriers and employees are allowed in the warehouse. Pickups will be zero-contact curbside only. Payment must be completed before pickup and no add-ons to orders. You will be called when your order is ready and our staff will tell you the most up to date pickup procedure at that time.
As many people are adapting to this new, and hopefully very short lived way of life, we are happy so many balloon artists are finding creative ways in working, such as contactless balloon deliveries, online balloon shows, and other forms of safe ways to put smiles on others faces.

Together we can rise above this and when all is back to normal we KNOW there will be some awesome parties!
