You show three coins in your left hand, two copper and one silver. Then you remove the silver coin with your otherwise empty right hand. Without a suspicious move of any kind the hands are opened. The right hand that a moment ago held the half dollar now holds two copper coins, while the left hand holds the half dollar.
The two copper coins have changed places with the silver coin! The three coins are again shown in the left hand. Right hand removes the silver as before. This time the half dollar is placed in your pocket. A moment later the left hand is opened to show the silver coin back in the hand and you remove the two copper coins from your pocket. The pocket is now empty and the three coins can now be examined. You get detailed instructions and precision set of coins.

This is a newer version of Hugs & Kisses by Al
Schneider
Six coins are shown. Three of the English Pennies have big Os cut through the
entire coin, and three are American Half Dollars with Dashes, also cut through
the coins. The English Pennies are placed under sheet of paper marked with a
large O. The Half Dollars are hidden under another piece of paper marked with a
Dash. When you remove the coins from underneath the papers, one of the Os has
changed places with one of the Dashes. It's startling because only the designs
change, not the coins themselves!
This happens 3 times until all 3 DASHES are cut through the English Pennies, and
the Os through the Half Dollars! The coins don't move, but the holes and cuts
do!

While the spectator is holding the bottle, you apparently knock the borrowed coin through the bottom of the bottle.
