The performer shows a stand with the
"fish" symbol. As he explains the meaning of the Greek letters, IXOYE, he shows
five small cards, each with an English word on the front: Each word representing
one of the Greek words of the acrostic "IXOYE". These five cards are given to a
spectator to mix up without looking at them. Then five large cards are placed on
the stand with their back to the audience.
The performer informs the audience that these large cards are duplicates of the
small cards just shown. He asks the spectator to hand him one of the small
cards. Holding its back to the audience, the performer uses it to point to each
of the large cards in rotation, asking a spectator to tell him at which large
card he should stop. Wherever he stops, the small card is clipped to the top
edge of the large card with a jumbo paper clip. This is repeated with each of
the small cards until each large card has a small card clipped to it. When the
performer turns the large cards around, each of the small cards is found clipped
to its jumbo mate. This takes place even though the cards have been in complete
view of the audience during the entire process. Comes complete with standup
easel, cards and even the paper clips!

No Special
Skill Required ~ No Switching ~ You're a Winner Every Time!
Five large pictures are shown: a beer mug, a man holding a mask, drugs, a thief and a cross. Performer discusses each of the pictures and displays a long paper sleeve explaining that the five pictures are printed on a single sheet inside the sleeve. "Everyone can choose what they do with their lives. You can choose either good or bad", explains the performer. A prediction is made and placed in a sealed envelope. A volunteer is asked to cut through the sleeve. When the paper is opened and the two pieces are held together, it is found to be the exact picture as predicted in the sealed envelope.
Volunteer has a free choice of where he cuts along the sleeve ~ no force.
Ralph Dewey has written a very nice routine for this effect including appropriate scriptures.
Enough sets for twelve performances!

A large 11" x
17" sheet of paper with a big whale printed in the center, and the words of
Jesus as told in Matthew 12 regarding the prophet Jonah. On the reverse side is
a picture of the tomb with more of Jesus words. Performer quarter-folds the
paper and tears out the picture of the big whale, telling that many do not
believe the Jonah story and feel it should be removed from the Bible. But when
he unfolds the torn piece with the whale and turns it over, he shows that the
tomb has also been torn out. This center piece is then torn into smaller pieces
which are dropped into the folds of the paper. The large sheet is immediately
opened and seen to be whole again. It is very easy to do. You’ll love it! John
J. deVries original routine is included. Enough papers for eight performances.

This is a very clever gag bag routine. The story of Noah's Ark is told as the
bag is turned inside out several different times. Each time, a new material is
seen on the bag. Each piece of material has its own part in the story.

This is a trick bag that changes color each time the bag is turned inside-out. The colors are in the order of the main points of the story of the story of creation in Genesis 1 and 2. each of the colors corresponds to one of the six points in the story. Each time the bag is turned a different color appears. This grabs the attention of the audience and holds that attention while the message is presented. Black darkness, White God created light, Blue God divided the waters and so on. The last change on the sixth side the panel has a zipper. You can ad your on touch by placing a card with a small testament. We have had many request for this item and now we are glad to have it for you.

An entirely different lesson using the same method as Jonah and The Whale Center Tear. A large 11" x 17" sheet of paper is shown with the Ten Commandments on one side and the Rural Mail Regulations on the other. When you perform the tear, you remove the Fifth Commandment on one side and the box location regulations on the other. It illustrates how rules, including the Ten Commandments, must be followed. Here again is a beautifully written routine as told by John J. deVries. You receive enough papers for eight performances.

The Thought That Counts
How would you feel if someone could truly read your mind?
Excited? Vulnerable? In this mind reading demonstration, you ask a friend
to think of a common object from any church. Without the need to ask questions,
you correctly identify the object. This simple but powerful effect comes
with two sets of props—one for platform performances and a wallet-size
version for more intimate demonstrations.
