An idea from
Steve Hart.
A paper bag is opened and a Bible is removed. The performer shows the bag to be
empty. The performer then flips through the pages of the Bible and places it
back into the bag. It is explained that the Bible is full of nuggets of truth.
The performer reaches back into the bag and removes a large 5 gold sextuple box
(golden nugget). Then another one, and another one, until all 4 are produced
from the bag.
Effect includes either 4 nuggets and instruction on how to gimmick an ordinary
grocery sack.

This is a
Gospel version of the "Wild Card" effect
You get nine cards and count out eight cards on the table, showing the Devil
Head. The one card left in your hand is shown to be the Christ Head Card. You
pick up the Devil Head card and with the Christ card you turn them one by one to
the Christ head cards. You explain how the power of Christ can rid ourselves of
the Devil. A great effect for showing how witnessing can change the world one
person at a time.

This effect has become very popular effect. As you show the one way arrow, it
appears to magically change directions. Routine as follows:
1st ~ ARROW GOES RIGHT ~ THEN LEFT ~ THEN DOWN ~ THEN UP (My Ministry
takes me to many places)
2nd ~ ARROW THEN OPENS UP TO A WORLD MAP (Wherever I travel in this
world, I always carry a map to keep me from getting lost)
3rd ~ ARROW THEN GOES UP AND DOWN (All are on a spiritual journey. We are
either going in a direction that leads us to God, or a direction that leads us
away from God)
4th ~ ARROW OPENS UP AGAIN TO PAGES OF HOLY SCRIPTURE. (God wants us to
be led to Him thats why he gave us a map... the Bible)
5th ~ ARROW KEEPS POINTING UP (If we let Jesus lead in our life we will
always go in the right direction )
6th ~ ARROW AGAIN OPENS UP SHOWING A LARGE HAND POINTING UP AND THE WORDS
"ONE WAY" (Jesus is the One Way to get to Heaven)

Show a sketch book with drawings of many different people (smiling, frowning, long-haired, bald, young, old, etc.) Each picture is cut into three sections so you can interchange the mouth, nose and eyes, creating a wide variety of pictures. This shows the great diversity of "The People We Meet" every day. But who are these people and why should we care about them? Have three volunteers select three different sections as you flip through the pages. When the selections are made you turn the book so the audience can see the final picture - the face of Jesus Christ.
